Consultation & Treatments

Each session with me is planned to last between 1 1/2 to 2 hours & is organised through a booking system and will normally take place at my practice.  A standard fee is charged per session.

At the first session, a series of questions will be asked to gain a detailed appreciation of your condition, motivation, current treatments and medication, all of which will be treated in the strictest confidence.  If necessary, and with the clients permission, the clients GP will be approached, informed of the proposed treatments and guidance sought from the GP as to the relevant factors relating to the condition of the client that I should take into account before commencing hypnotherapy.

During the first session, the nature of the condition will be investigated as thoroughly as possible and the objectives of the treatment explained in a clear and understandable way. 

Following the initial session you will recieve a double sided relaxation tape.  It is advised that this tape be played daily to facilitate self improvement and inner growth.
