What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is an inward focus of attention through which the demands of the outside world are switched off.  It is a state of deep relaxation during which the critical mind switches off, making the unconscious mind more accessible.

The person retains full control throughout the hypnotherapy session and will not say anything or do anything which is against your wishes or your moral code.

Vitually everyone can enter the hypnotic state using the right techniques and with a therapist with whom they feel empathy.

Hypnotherapy is a useful suppliment to orthodox medicine and can achieve considerable success in its own right.
